Our story is a simple one of friendship, collaboration, and a vision for the future of clinical research.
Mike and Philippa Williams from Lakeland Clinical Trials Group and Julia Mathieson and Simon Carson from Southern Clinical Trials Group have worked collaboratively and shared information since meeting each other at an investigator meeting in 2011.
When they met Matt Clacy of Paratus Clinical in 2015 they discovered a shared vision of how to advance clinical trials in private sites in Australia and New Zealand. This led to the establishment of the PCRN network in 2018.
Your Leadership Team
The PCRN Difference
Pacific Clinical Research Network has applied unique solutions to overcome the industry’s primary roadblocks. Network centralization, shared SOPs, technology and leadership has allowed us to reduce start-up times with centralized services, meet and exceed enrollment goals, maintain high-quality data, and ultimately reduce study costs for sponsors and CROs.
PCRN can offer sponsors and CROs twelve private clinical trial sites across New Zealand and Australia, one centralized contract and budget negotiation, standardized SOPS across all sites, a rapid and centralized ethics process, and technology such as a CTMS with eSource, eDocs, and even a monitoring portal.
