This new flagship facility extends the scope of our operations to include Phase I inpatient trials, as well as additional phase II- IV outpatient capacity. This will expand the options for both sponsors and CROs in New Zealand.
This new state-of-the-art purpose built facility, located in New Zealand’s biggest city, is scheduled to open in Q2, 2023.
PCRN Auckland is an exciting step in our New Zealand health journey, allowing us to further grow our research community, advance global health and solidify our place as a world class research network.
The new facility has been designed with participant experience at the forefront. It will feature a spacious patient lounge with individual ‘pods’ to allow student study and/or remote work, reliable WiFi and excellent catering
It will feature 24 inpatient beds, an onsite pharmacy, laboratory, consulting rooms and outpatient facilities expanding our capabilities to conduct Phase I – IV trials. At this facility, we will conduct private, industry sponsored clinical trials with both patient and healthy volunteers.
The facility has been designed with participant experience at the forefront and is supported by experienced local medical professionals, including Dr Michael Williams and Dr Simon Carson.
